Built a trader support portal from scratch for the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI), Qatar, supporting traders with transportation-cost subsidies following the closure of the Strait of Hormuz. Customized Dynamics 365 CRM to support subsidy business processes, developed CRM automations and business logic to streamline workflows, designed and developed backend APIs to integrate Dynamics 365 with the trader-facing portal, and collaborated with the frontend developer on API integration and end-to-end solution delivery.

Worked on Incentives and Investment Relations (IR) Modules for a comprehensive CRM project. Implemented and managed automatic workflows and business process flows, customized Power Pages to enhance user interactions, developed custom dashboards and web APIs for seamless Dynamics CRM integration, and facilitated integration with government entities for efficient data exchange. Optimized CRM functionalities and ensured smooth data interoperability with external systems.

Contributed to building a centralized digital platform for the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) to streamline circulars, cloud service requests, and stakeholder onboarding across government entities. Delivered using Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Pages, and Power Automate. Enabled circular lifecycle management, service request automation, and stakeholder onboarding. Implemented role-based access, secure external portals, and automated workflows to replace manual processes. Result: Improved efficiency, transparency, and secure communication between MCIT and external entities.

Led the design and development of The Flow, a CRM + Power Platform solution to streamline Applab's internal operations. Finance Module: Built on Dynamics 365 model-driven apps to manage the full lifecycle — from leads and opportunities to project conversion and financial tracking. Time Entry Module: Designed and delivered a fully custom Power Pages site enabling daily task and project hour logging, project cost and delivery monitoring, resource planning, KPI alignment, and cost mapping through the finance module.

Contributed to development of Watad, a digital platform for Qatar's Ministry of Social Development and Family, connecting individuals and families with consultants for advice, therapy, and support (video, phone, or in-person). Customized Dynamics CRM for scheduling, feedback management, and progress tracking. Integrated Dynamics CRM with an Angular-based frontend and with Microsoft Teams for audio/video appointments. Built APIs for government data exchange and developed reporting tools for performance monitoring.

Customized Dynamics CRM and extended its functionalities across multiple business units with workflows, plugins, web resources, custom action plugins, and Web APIs. Created SSRS Reports and integrated third-party services for SMS deliveries and in-app push notifications using OneSignal.

Integrated Dynamics CRM with WhatsApp, enabling users to send and receive messages within the CRM platform. Created webhooks to capture user responses and developed a custom Power Automate connector to interact with WhatsApp Cloud APIs seamlessly, making the integration process streamlined and reusable.

Worked with FBS, a banking sector organization, to migrate from on-premises to the cloud. Successfully migrated all data, customizations, and business processes to the online version of their CRM. Enhanced reporting capabilities by creating Power BI reports and converting existing SSRS report queries from SQL to FetchXml.

Developed a solution for Instant Products Group to send job notifications using an on-premises data gateway, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Automate. The company had been storing product data in an on-premises system; the solution improved their workflow by bridging on-premises and cloud infrastructure for real-time job notifications.

Made customizations to the CRM Project Operations (Field Service) module incorporating workflows, plugins, and Azure Functions, while generating SSRS reports. Streamlined project operation time entries by integrating them with 7Pace Time Tracker using Power Automate, significantly improving project accountability and time management.
